Enroll in Online and Mobile Banking

 

Starting June 1, 2024, you can access your new Wescom account through Wescom's Online Banking and the Wescom Mobile Banking App. Here’s how:

  • Online Banking — visit wescom.org using your Internet browser.
  • Wescom Mobile Banking App — download the app from the Google Play Store™ or App® Store. Make sure to re-enroll with Zelle® to continue sending and receiving money from people you know and trust.

If you’re logging in for the first time, you will need to select “Enroll now” and have your Wescom Account Number handy, which is located on your Welcome Letter that was mailed to you. If you don’t have your Welcome Letter, or if your email is not set up on your account, please visit your local branch or call us at 1-888-4WESCOM (1-888-493-7266) for assistance.

Additional Tips for Enrolling in Online and Mobile Banking

 

  1. Be sure to have your Wescom Account Number handy, which is located in the Welcome Letter mailed to you.
  2. You will need to enter your last name, or for business accounts the exact DBA name as it appears on your statement. Do not add an extra space after entering your name
  3. You will need to have an email set up on your account so a temporary password can be sent to this email during enrollment.
  4. When setting up your username and password, select something completely unrelated to your personal information. Do not include your name, account number, birthday, address, etc. Additionally, your username and password must be unique and should not be the same.
  5. Passwords are case sensitive. When logging in, be sure to enter your password exactly how you entered it upon enrollment.

View our How-to video or select “Forget Password” from the login screen to be sent an email with a temporary password so you can reset access and change your username and password.

Activate Your Wescom Debit Card

 

Starting June 1, 2024 you can begin using your Visa® Debit Card for your everyday purchases after activating your card and setting up your PIN. Here’s how to get started:

  • Activate your Wescom debit card in Online Banking, the mobile app, or by clicking here.
  • Set your PIN by calling 1-888-891-2435.
  • Set up account and card purchase alerts in Online Banking or the mobile app to help prevent fraud.
  • Update any recurring payments connected to your old Central Coast Federal Credit Union (CCFCU) debit card.
  • Contact merchants for any recurring payments connected to your old Central Coast Federal Credit Union (CCFCU) debit card and provide them with your new card information.
  • Destroy your old CCFCU debit card.
  • Add your new Wescom debit card to your mobile wallet in the Wescom Mobile Banking App by selecting your profile initials at the top left corner then choosing Digital Wallet.

Update Recurring Payments and Direct Deposit

 

Now that your account has transitioned to Wescom, it’s important to update any payees and merchants, including automatic payments, linked to your old Central Coast Federal Credit Union (CCFCU) account. Make sure to also check BillPayer in Online Banking or the mobile app to ensure all of your payments are set up correctly. If you had a loan that transferred from CCFCU to Wescom, please check that any recurring payments have been updated based on the notifications sent to you.

Plus, be sure to update your direct deposit. As a Wescom member, you’ll receive direct deposit payments up to two days sooner at no cost to you! 1 Login to Online Banking or the Wescom Mobile Banking App and select Routing Number to locate your Wescom Electronic Account Number as well as Wescom’s Routing Number.


1 Wescom will post your direct deposit when it is received, regardless of the settlement date. Early access to your direct deposit of funds is not guaranteed and is dependent on the timing of funding by the payer. Wescom does not control when the direct deposit is received.

Use Your Wescom Checks

 

Starting June 1, 2024, you can begin using your new Wescom checks. Please securely destroy your old CCFCU checks.

Didn’t receive your checks? Order your complimentary box of Wescom-designed checks (additional designs available at cost listed) in Online Banking — compliments of Wescom for being a Platinum Signature Member. Visit wescom.org and login to Online Banking, select Account Center from the top left menu, and choose Order Checks.

Re-Enroll in Zelle®

 

Starting June 1, 2024, you can access your new Wescom account through the Wescom Mobile Banking App — this also means that you’ll need to re-enroll in Zelle® to continue sending and receiving money from people you know and trust. Once logged in, select Pay & Transfer from the bottom menu and choose Zelle® Transfer.

If you’re logging in for the first time, you will need to select “Enroll now” and have your Wescom Account Number handy, which is located on your Welcome Letter that was mailed to you. Don’t have your account number? Call us at 1-888-4WESCOM (1-888-493-7266) or visit a branch.
