Quickly check your Account with Wescom Express View

With Express View, you can quickly check your Wescom account balances and recent history without logging in the mobile app.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the Wescom Mobile Banking App from the Google Play Store™ or App® Store.

2. After your initial login to the mobile app, you'll be prompted to enable Express View.

3. The next time you log out or launch the mobile app, you'll see your account balances and recent history.

4. You may also enable or disable these features at any time by tapping on the profile icon in the top left corner. Select Settings, tap Express View, and toggle the switch to enable or disable Express View.

ATM and Branch Locator

Easily find a Wescom branch or ATM that is most convenient for you by using our ATM by selecting More in the mobile app, followed by Locations under the Support section.

BillPayer

Billpayer is the easiest and fastest way to pay your bills. Schedule a one-time or recurring payment to anyone with the Wescom Mobile Banking App. Simply log in, select Pay & Transfer and tap on the BillPayer module on the top right to get started.

SnapDeposit

With SnapDeposit*, you can deposit checks straight from your mobile device into your Wescom Account. To get started, download the latest version of the Wescom Mobile Banking App, available from the App® Store or Google Play Store™.

You'll need to take a good photo for SnapDeposit to accept your check. Here are a few tips:

  • Stay inside the green lines.
  • Lay the check on a flat surface and use a dark background.
  • Avoid any glare.
  • Take the picture from above.
  • Endorse your check. Write the account number, including the share ID, on the back of your check.
  • Deposit one check at a time.


*Available to most Wescom members whose accounts are in good standing.

SnapDeposits may take up to one business day to post to your account. Wescom hold policies apply. Please refer to the About Your Credit Union Accounts disclosure for information on the Wescom Funds Availability Policy. You will be notified by email if your SnapDeposit has been accepted, rejected, or placed on hold.

Digital Wallet

Add your Wescom card to Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, or Google Pay™ in the Wescom Mobile Banking App by going to the Profile icon on the top lefthand corner. Tap on your name or initials, select Digital Wallet, and choose which card(s) you’d like to add.

eText

eText from Wescom lets you use your cell phone or mobile device to connect to your account through SMS text messages. You can make quick balance inquiries, view account history, and make transfers between your Wescom accounts. You can also lock your Online Banking account for increased security.

Here are a few of the transactions you can do with eText, with their corresponding commands:

  • HELP — Get a list of available eText keywords.
  • BAL S01 — Check the balance on your share or loan.
  • HIST L01 — Check transaction history on your share or loan.
  • TRAN S00 L01 200 — Transfer $200 from S00 to L01.

eText is free to Wescom members, although charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Signing up is fast and simple and you can register as many mobile devices as you’d like. Just login to Online Banking, click on Alerts (from the hamburger menu on the top left), select Add Destination, and add your mobile device.

Lost your card? Need to activate a new card? Find the tools you need from the Card Center in Online Banking and on the Wescom Mobile Banking App. In Online Banking, select Card Center from the menu. From the mobile app, selet More from the bottom navigation menu and tap on Card Center.
