As of May 16, 2025, Wescom Financial Wealth Management has transitioned our broker-dealer and clearing firm to LPL Financial (LLC). This new partnership is a deliberate move to bolster our capabilities and ensure we continue to meet your needs with even greater financial solutions, resources and tools, while maintaining the personalized service you have come to trust.
As we work through this transition, please note some services and trades will be temporarily unavailable beginning May 15, including:
•Online Account access will be temporarily unavailable.
•While some accounts will be available starting May 23, 2025 other account types may not be immediately viewable and can potentially take up to 90 days.
•If you have multiple accounts, you will likely not be able to see all of them immediately as this is a gradual transition of account data.
•Advisor Text Support: The text supported number to your advisor will no longer be supported. Your Financial Advisory will provide you with a new MYREPCHAT number which will allow you to text with your Financial Advisor. Please call or email your advisor during this time.
•Online Appointment Scheduling: Please call us directly at 1-888-879-0558 to schedule an appointment with your advisor as we are working to transition our online appointment scheduler.

Beginning May 16, 2025 we will bring a host of enhancements designed to improve your overall experience:
Beginning June 1, 2025, your investment account balances and positions will no longer be reflected on your Wescom Financial Account Statement. You will continue to receive any direct carrier statements. Additionally, you will begin receiving a quarterly statement from LPL Financial. Inside each LPL Financial statement, you’ll find:
• A summary of key information front and center
• Total values and changes highlighted, followed by supporting details
• Charts and graphs to help you understand your information at a glance
In addition to your quarterly statement, LPL provides a comprehensive year-end statement. To view a sample statement, access Reading My LPL Statement. For members who had an investment through Pershing, you will receive a May month-end statement from Pershing LLC indicating a $0.00 balance as your account has been transitioned to LPL. Around that same time, you will also receive your first statement from LPL confirming the transition of your account by indicating your account balance.
As part of this transition, the online investment account platform available through Wescom Financial’s online and mobile banking has also transitioned to LPL's Account View.
• Account View 1.0 is available through Single Sign-On (SSO) through Wescom’s Online or Mobile Banking
• Account View 2.0 which offers additional self-service capabilities, is available through LPL’s web portal or mobile app.
Please note: Access to account view is available once your account has migrated to LPL. This will take up to 90 days. We will continue to update you as account access becomes available.
Once your investment account has migrated to LPL, you can access your account through Wescom’s Online or Mobile Banking through a Single Sign-On process. Here’s how:
1. Log in to Wescom’s online or mobile banking.
2. Click or tap on your investment balance.
• Please be sure to select a recently updated investment, as some investments may not be immediately available.
3. Upon first access, you will need to accept the LPL Financial Terms of Use. Please scroll to the end of the attestation and enter the last four digitals of your Social Security number before the Accept button activates.
Please be aware that some investment balances may not show immediately and could take up to 90 days to appear as we work through this gradual data transition. If your investment balances are not fully reflected, we encourage you to check your balances directly with your investment carrier or contact your Financial Advisor. Additionally, if you have investment accounts for multiple individuals in your household, please contact your Financial Advisor to set up access.
Although you can access the Account View investment portal through online or mobile banking for some functions, such as viewing balances and statements, self-directed trading and other self-service options are only available through Account view 2.0, which can be accessed through LPL’s web portal or mobile app.
To enroll in Account View 2.0, you will need to request an enrollment link from your Financial Advisorthe enrollment steps outlined below. Please note: Access to Account View 2.0 is available once your account has migrated to LPL, which can take up to 90 days.

To set up your Account View portal:
Step 1: Go to https://accountview.lpl.com/web/login and click “Sign Up”.
Step 2: Enter your email, the phone number associated with your account, and the last four digits of your SSN. All fields are required.
Step 3: Select “Find Me” to continue.
Step 4: Review and Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: Create and confirm your password.
Step 6: Log in with your new credentials.
Step 7: Select your verification method using your device to receive the one-time password (OTP) sent to your primary phone number. You can receive your one-time password (OTP) via text message or a phone call.
Step 8: Enter your Code, then click “Verify”. Your Account View home page will appear. From there, you can view your account balances, statements, track your portfolio performance and make self-directed trades through Trade Direct.
